Danieli has two shops on Brewers Lane in Richmond. Gelateria Danieli, and our beautiful chocolate shop overlooking Richmond Green. We aim for excellence in everything we do. From the quality of the products we make, to the outstanding customer service we are known for.

OUR CURRENT VACANCIES
Full-Time and Part-Time Roles
These roles cover both shops, and you may work in either depending on the rota.
The role
- Serving customers with a smile, taking orders and handling payments
- Handling cash, cashing up and working with till and POS systems
- Keeping the shops spotless and working to high standards of food hygiene
- Working as part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
- Making exceptional coffee and our famous thick Italian hot chocolate
- Scooping gelato, keeping the display stocked and looking great, and guiding customers through our flavours
- Making up beautifully presented boxes of chocolates from our display
- Helping customers choose from our chocolate range and advising on gifts and occasions
About you
- Good numerical skills and confident with mental arithmetic
- Friendly, polite and confident talking to customers of all ages
- An eye for detail and pride in doing the job well
- A genuine willingness to learn
- Clean, tidy, reliable and punctual
- Experience with till and POS systems and cashing up preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer-facing retail role preferred
- Barista skills a big plus but not essential
