We think coconut ice cream goes particularly well with…cherry ice cream. Coconut is actually the perfect partner ice cream but cherry and coconut together have a certain nostalgic charm.

We make our coconut ice cream with dairy milk for a creamy gelato with a full on coconut flavour. It is slightly textured but doesn’t have those annoying bits of desiccated coconut that get stuck in your teeth.
