DID YOU KNOW…

Not cookies and cream, not Biscoff, but actual biscotti gelato. Our unique biscuit ice cream captures the subtle sweet flavour of freshly baked biscotti in a velvety smooth creamy custard base. Disappointed not to find cookies or Oreos ice cream, most children (as well as grown ups) soon discover that they adore Danieli biscuit ice cream.

Did you know that whilst most of us refer to those classically Italian twice baked biscuits as biscotti, In Italy they are known specifically as cantuccini? The term biscotto refers to biscuits or cookies of any variety.
